East Kentucky Power Cooperative proposes to submit an application for a registered permit-by-rule less-than.one-acre, construction/demolition debris (CDD) landfill to the Energy and Environment Cabinet, Division of Waste Management, pursuant to 401 KAR 47:110. The registration shall become effective five (5) business days after the cabinet receives it unless the cabinet denies the registration within that time. The proposed facility will:
Serve as a disposal site for construction/demolition debris generated from activities at Cooper Station.
The proposed facility will be located at the following address:
John Sherman Cooper Power Station 670 Cooper Power Plant Rd Somerset KY 42501
